Exchanges and Returns

Returns

If you have received faulty items, or your items do not match your order, please send an email to returns@babystyleicon.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Complete address
  • Phone number
  • Order number
  • Item number(s)
  • Reason for exchange/return

You will receive a return authorisation email with instructions on what to do next along with our return address. Please do not send any returns before completing the above steps. Do not send items to the original manufacturer. Claims must be made within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be received in new, unwashed and unworn condition with all tags attached, in original packaging. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear from usage are not considered as faulty goods. Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If repair is not possible and the exact same item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund. Please note that Baby Style Icon will not accept any returns of used or washed goods and gift cards are not eligible for refund. Baby Style Icon cannot pay for shipping costs or any other related costs for returns and refunds. Additional duties, taxes or any other additional charge will also not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@babystyleicon.com


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Sale items are not eligible for exchanges, returns or credit notes unless it is defective. If you need to exchange it for the exact same item, send us an email at returns@babystyleicon.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Note that our suggested ages may not be perfect for every child. For greater confidence in your size selection, please refer to the "size guide" tab of the product you are interested in for measurements.
